one might be convinced that i don't have a life by my recent absence from blogging.  i assure you that is not the case.

here are the long-awaited photos from my new house.  all shot on a 50mm f/1.8 because my 20-35 is currently in the shop.

    My ever-faithful travel buddy.

The wash type/temperature selector on my washing machine.  Washing machine lives in the bathroom--notice the wonderful floral bouquet painted on the tiles.

My toothbrush holder on my mirror with floral bouquet in reflection.

The guest bedroom.  The calligraphy says, "Come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest."

Most of the lightswitches look like this one.  The switch glows in the dark. [Did i mention most of my house has 1970s era charm?]

    The morning routine.

Knobs on the stove/oven.  Left to Right:  Timer, Oven Temp, Top Left Burner.

The "make it taste better quickly" shelf.

    Fridge door.

We take our shoes off in the house.

    Bookshelf in the living room.

Flower was received as a gift from J&M for my 31st birthday in April.

More of the living room/dining room.

The "bookshelf-turned-buffet" complete with guest book.
